This fee covers the butchering and processing of a whole cow.

We work with experienced partner butchers in North Cork and Dublin 9. If you choose to use one of our partner butchers, this fee covers standard whole-animal processing.

Customers are also welcome to use their own preferred butcher. In this case, we will deliver the animal directly to your chosen butcher by arrangement.

Please note: this fee covers butchering and processing only and is charged separately from the cost of the animal.

Cutting instructions and packaging options are agreed directly with the butcher.
