We’re proud to partner with McCarthys of Kanturk to bring our product to market. Initially going direct to consumers with our quality product was only made possible with the help of local, respected butchers. McCarthys is one of the most celebrated and respected butchers in Ireland. The family butchers shop has been supplying Kanturk with top quality meat since 1892. McCarthy’s of Kanturk are the artisan butchers behind an award-winning black pudding that was actually served to Queen Elizabeth when she visited in 2011.
